How long does it take for my order to ship?

It could take anywhere between 3 to 5 business days for your order to go out.

Do you offer First Class Mail shipping option?

I prefer for all my orders to go out Priority Mail because they get to you faster. Also, that includes $100 insurance coverage. It is safer for you as a client and for me as a seller. If you still would prefer to do First Class feel free to contact me and I will accommodate you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, I offer free Priority Mail if you spend $75 or more.

Where are you shipping your items from?

Your new succulents are being shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

I do not. But if you have any issues, questions, or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact me.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Make sure to message me within 72 hours of your order being delivered. Click on “Contact Us" and I will reply to you within 24 hrs.
